So I recently made a purchase from a really great company called LemonDrop Stop : Backdrops and Floordrops. I wasn't sure what to expect going into the purchase as far as material and quality and everything, but they are GREAT. The photograph beautifully and the poly paper is easy to store. I am loading a few images from an Easter Mini I did using them of them! Check them out!

{Nilah} Newborn Photographer | Bloomington, IL

Today I got to visit with a precious baby girl..  Miss Nilah is 7 days old, and she was amazing to work with. I have now worked with both her and her sister, within the last two weeks! :-) I'm going to be doing some more shots of this gorgeous girl next week! :-)

{Miss M. Turns One!} Children Photographer | Bloomington, IL

Miss M. actually came to back when she was about a month old! She has the most gorgeous eyes! I always love when I get to work with children as they grow. Especially doing the big one year session! She sure loved the cake! :-)

I was going through some sessions on my computer, and I came across this couple whom I took photos for back in the fall. At the time they were just boyfriend and girlfriend, and now they are engaged and planning a wedding. Super excited for Kortney and Andy, congrats!

{Alanna Turns One!} Children Photographer | Bloomington IL

Miss Alanna returned to me for her 1 year pictures, cake smash included. Although she wasn't to enthusiastic when it came time for the cake. :-) I worked with Alanna when she was about 3 months old, she is a gorgeous baby, and has the most amazing skin tone, and lips. I love photographing her.

She will actually be a big sister in the next few hours, I just got word that her baby sister (my newest client) is on her way!

{Carson} Newborn Photographer | Bloomington/Normal, IL

     I got to spend some time with a precious baby boy this past week, his name was Carson. He was great, he slept through the  whole session, only fussing a few times.. (Mostly when he had to potty. :-P )  His images are amazing, and I can't wait to work with him as he gets older.

     I think the most exciting part of this session for me was my new experience with a macro lens. {Gotta love those baby lips!}

Little Miss A. is part of the family, and one of the first newborns I have photographed this year. She is of course adorable.. No I am not bias. haha. She was great to work with, and it was fun spending time with her, her big brother and her mommy!

So this year we didn't get a whole lot of snow, but when we did my clients and I took full advantage of it!

Mel and Rob are return clients of mine, and are ALWAYS great to work with. Their session turned out amazing, I edited it and had everything to them in one day!

Gerri-Ann and Trevor are ADORABLE! I love these two so much. Gerri-Ann is an aspiring photographer, and a talented one at that! Not to mention she's gorgeous! I loved working with these two, and hope to again in the future. 

 

New Year, New Blog! | Bloomington, IL Photographer

So, this photographer Nicole, of Niki D. Photography has decided to start a new blog for the new year. I am horrible at keeping up on blogs, but I am in the process of starting a new organization system with my WHOLE business. So yes... 3 months into the new year I am starting a new blog! :-) I am going to make it a point to blog at least once or twice a week!

I do give every one of you permission to pester me if I don't! 

I am going to start this new blog with a few of my most recent sessions.
